Downtown Market Grand Rapids

The Downtown Market is a very unique location in Grand Rapids. The biggest benefit to this location is that it’s indoors. No matter if it’s raining or if it’s cold outside, this place is dry and reliable. This location used to allow anyone to walk in and photograph, but now it requires a reservation and a fee. (I heard that people were damaging plants in the greenhouse so they keep the door locked now). A downside to this location is the lack of privacy - a lot of patrons tend to mosey right on in during my photo session. So if you prefer to not model in front of strangers, this may not be the best spot for you.
